  1. Stay Calm, Don't argue or yell at or with the other driver(s).
  2. Do not move any vehicles until the police arrive and able to access the positions of the vehicles.
  3. If you are on the expressway, you may want to move the vehicles from the travel lanes, but you want to make sure other people have witnessed the positions of the vehicles.
